Indianapolis Raceway Park 08/19/00 - Qualified 6th, Finished 7th in the trophy dash and  he finished 10th in the feature.

Indianapolis Raceway Park 08/24/00 -  The Mel Kenyon Classic Night , Qualified 3rd, finished 6th in the trophy dash and was running 6th in the feature when the race was halted due to a combination of a crash and television time schedule. The remaining 15 laps will be run before the feature on   Sept 9th, which is a rain date.

Illiana Speedway 08/26/00 - Qualified 6th, won the trophy dash and finished 7th in the feature.   Next race is at Winchester Speedway on Sept 2nd.

Winchester Speedway 09/03/00 - Bruce qualified 2nd quick with a time of 18.913 ( a new truck track record for about 20 minutes, old truck record 19.212). He finished 6th in the trophy dash. The feature lineup had Bruce starting inside of row 4. As traffic strung out he began a march to toward the front and by lap 21 was passing low to take 3rd place when the rear of the truck got loose and then hooked again with the front aimed toward the outside wall.  He hit the wall and fortunately as the truck slid down the banking in front of the rest of the field everyone missed him. The truck has been inspected and replacement parts are on the way. Next race Sept 9th back at IRP.

Indianapolis Raceway Park 09/09/00 - The truck was repaired and ready for the final race of the 2000 season at IRP. The practice sessions before qualifying gave  Bruce and the crew  some time  to work at getting the chassis dialed back in  to the track. The lap times  were down but the exact problem wasn't identified until after qualifying and the running of the rain out event of 08/24/00. The source of the problem was discovered to be that, in the crash at Winchester, apparently the distributor had been knocked loose and a significant amount of ignition  timing had been lost. When the timing was reset the engine woke up and the truck was back to Bruce's liking.
Now it was time for this weeks feature event, in which Bruce had to start mid pack (12th) due to a slow qualifying time. Bruce had moved into 5th place by lap 15 and was riding there, cooling down the tires, in order to mount a final charge in the closing laps . On lap 20 the plan fell apart as the truck running in 3rd place lost a rearend and lube sprayed the track and following trucks. The 4th ,5th and 6th place trucks spun and crashed into each other and the outside wall. But unlike the incident at Winchester where the other trucks missed the accident, the stopped trucks were collected by several other trucks. The 20# truck was loaded onto a rollback and and delivered to the shop.

We would like to thank all the crew for the hard work that they put in to this first season and are looking forward to a running a full season in 2001.
